Camera-Ready Paper Submission Instructions

Final Paper Submission to IEEE DSAA 2022

Final versions of accepted papers must be uploaded to CMT for inclusion in the conference proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. The deadline is September 6, 2022, 23:59 Anywhere on Earth.

IEEE/IEEE DSAA Policies

To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the DSAA prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.

To be published in the IEEE DSAA 2022 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Revise your Paper

Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers’ recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proofread it.

IEEE PDF eXpress

Please use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your paper is Xplore compatible. Non-compatible pdf files may be deleted from the conference publication without refund.

PDF eXpress instructions: The PDF eXpress website can be found at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/. The conference ID for DSAA 2022 is 54385X.
